A hidden retreat in Kobe Sannomiya where the creativity of the Monkey (申) and the passion of the Tiger (虎) come alive.

Located in a quiet back alley just a few minutes' walk from Sannomiya Station, Sarutora is a fully reservation-only Niku Kappou (meat Kaiseki) and creative Japanese dining experience. We select only the highest grades of A4/A5 domestic Black Wagyu beef, combining them with fresh seasonal ingredients to design a monthly unique tasting course. Enjoy our gourmet Wagyu dishes served at our warm wooden counter in a tranquil Japanese atmosphere.
